Founded over 20 years ago by Constantinos Berdanis (also known as Costa), Costa Development, formerly known as Tarcon Construction, is a family owned and operated business. We specialize in building custom homes, developing land, remodeling and general construction of various structures. We have built and are currently building in prominent middle to high end communities in the Bahamas. These communities include Old Fort Bay, Sandyport and a mini-community of our own.
